   Onboarding & Software Setup

   Once you've joined, our team immediately gets to work. We provision your professional-grade Taxwise software, giving you the power to prepare all 1040s, business returns (1120, 1120S, 1065), and all states. We provide one-on-one onboarding to get you comfortable with the software and our support systems.

   Expert Support & Mentorship

   You're independent, but never alone. Our "adaptive coaching" model (Platform plan) means we're with you on your first few returns, offering guidance. All plans include our fast, in-house technical support for any Taxwise software questions, ensuring you get accurate answers faster than calling a generic helpdesk.

   Launch, File, and Grow

   Start marketing your business and serving clients! You'll have the ability to offer Bank Products (like refund advances) to compete with major firms. If you have our Accelerator plan, your custom website, Google/Bing listings, and marketing materials will be working for you from day one. We handle the backend, so you can focus on what you do best: preparing taxes and building your client list.
